Selox is a B2C and B2B Grocery Delivery Platform operated by Prasidhi Foods Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). This combined document governs your access to and use of the Selox mobile application, website, and related services.

Selox is a Business-to-Business (B2B) and Business-to-customer(B2C) grocery and FMCG procurement platform that enables verified business buyers to purchase goods from registered sellers. Selox acts as a technology facilitation platform and does not manufacture most listed products.

2. Eligibility

To use Selox, you must:

• Be a legally operating business entity
• Be legally authorized to represent the business
• Provide valid identification and business verification documents

We reserve the right to approve, reject, suspend, or terminate any account at our sole discretion.

14. Delivery & Logistics

• Users must ensure correct address and availability.
• Delays caused by logistics partners, weather, strikes, or government actions are not compensable.

15. Returns, Damages & Refunds

• Refunds are governed by Selox Refund Policy.
• Damaged goods must be reported within the specified time.
• Refunds will be credited only to the registered bank account.
• Cash refunds are not permitted.

16. Pricing & Stock Availability
